Safend Endpoint Protection

Safend Protector is the means to satisfy internal policies and mandatory endpoint security compliance requirements such as mandated by the PCI DSS.

Safend Protector monitors real-time traffic and applies customized, highly-granular security policies over all physical, wireless and storage interfaces to protect against information leakage, close endpoint vulnerabilities that are a common source of attack and provide a means to monitor information use.

Devices can be restricted by device type, model or even specific device serial number. For storage devices, security administrators can either block all storage devices completely, permit read-only, encrypt all data on devices as well as monitor, block and Log files that are downloaded to or read from these devices.

Forensic logs are created of all data moving in and out of the organisation, allowing administrators to create policies that don't necessarily restrict device usage, but allow full visibility device activity and content traffic. Built-in alerting capability, administrators can get immediate notifications of any activity that needs immediate response.
